Ingredients
Each Ultra test strip contains: Glucose Oxidase, Mediator and Buffer. The vial cap contains approximately 1.4 Silica Gel
Warnings
For in vitro diagnostic use. Do not store at temperatures above 86 degrees. Do not refrigerate. Do not use if expiration date has passed. Use within 3 months of opening test strip vial. Do not use if glued seals are broken
